Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

Service scope and applicability

VPNYQ provides international network acceleration and route subscription services, covering 110+ countries / 250+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account management, plan activation, subscription delivery, route access, and related technical support.

Connection performance may be affected by the user’s location, carrier links, device configuration, selected region, and third-party service status. Node coverage describes the available route range; it does not mean that every region, route, or third-party service will perform identically in every network environment. Third-party websites, applications, and content are operated by their respective providers. VPNYQ does not control their access policies, content availability, or account decisions.

Account rules and subscription use

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and subscription details and are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts. If credentials are compromised, subscription details are exposed, or unauthorized use is detected, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

The service supports an unlimited number of devices owned or controlled by the same user. This does not permit resale, rental, public distribution, or commercial shared access for third parties. Publishing subscription details, splitting and reselling accounts, routes, or traffic, and using automation to create accounts in bulk or consume service resources are prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should confirm the plan type, traffic allowance, and intended use before making a selection.

Lawful use requirements

When using VPNYQ, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the location where the service is actually used, and must independently confirm that their network activities have a lawful basis. The service must not be used for fraud, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, intellectual property infringement, harassment, data theft, or other unlawful activity.

Users must not interfere with routes, servers, account systems, or other users’ normal access. They must not attempt to access administrative functions without permission, probe service weaknesses, or impair service operation through abnormal requests, bulk tasks, or resource abuse. Users are responsible for content they publish, transmit, store, or obtain.

Service availability and liability limits

VPNYQ may adjust nodes, protocols, or access methods based on route status, infrastructure maintenance, security risks, and operational needs. Planned maintenance, emergency repairs, carrier failures, device compatibility issues, uncontrollable network fluctuations, and third-party service changes may cause interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of certain features.

VPNYQ will maintain the service and address confirmed technical issues within reasonable limits, but does not guarantee continuous availability for any particular route, third-party platform, or specific outcome. Users are responsible for losses caused by incorrect configuration, lost credentials, public subscription details, incompatible software, or violations of third-party rules. Liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law are not affected by these liability limits.

Account termination and access limits

If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares subscriptions, consumes resources abnormally, affects system stability, harms other users, engages in unlawful activity, or refuses necessary security measures, VPNYQ may restrict route access, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk.

For issues that can be corrected and have not created an ongoing risk, VPNYQ may require the user to stop the relevant conduct and complete necessary adjustments. In cases involving urgent security risks, continued abuse, or clearly unlawful use, restrictions may be applied first. Users can review account and subscription status through the user panel and submit a ticket regarding the outcome.

Policy changes and refund guidance

VPNYQ may revise these terms in response to changes in service scope, technical conditions, operating rules, or applicable law. Updated text will be published on this page, along with the revised last-updated date. Users should review the current version regularly. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and address any existing subscription before continuing.

Refund rules are set out separately in the Refund Policy; eligible users may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of their first payment.

For details on how personal information and account data are handled, see the Privacy Policy. If these terms and a standalone policy contain more specific provisions for the same matter, the policy dedicated to that matter will apply.
