Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how VPNYQ handles data while providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Please read the following terms before using the service.
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
Registration information includes a username and credentials required for authentication. VPNYQ does not require an email address for registration, so an email address is not a required account field. Text, attachments, or email addresses voluntarily submitted in tickets are used only to handle the related inquiry, technical issue, or account request.
Order records include the selected plan, transaction amount, payment channel, order status, and necessary transaction references. They are used to deliver subscriptions, verify payments, process refunds, and resolve order disputes. The service also processes account traffic usage and subscription status to apply monthly subscription traffic resets, deduct traffic from data packages, and determine access permissions.
Website analytics may include page views, referring pages, browser type, device category, IP address, and basic error information. This data is used to understand site performance, identify abnormal requests, and improve site usability. It is not used to build profiles of users' browsing content.
No-Logs Principle and Connection Records
VPNYQ does not record which websites users visit, store communications content, or create personal browsing histories from connection data. To measure plan traffic, maintain node status, and diagnose connection issues, the service may process necessary operational information such as account identifiers, aggregated traffic usage, connection times, and error types. This information does not include target websites or specific access content.
Operational records are retained only for the time needed to complete measurement, security checks, or troubleshooting. Once these purposes are complete, records are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. In an abuse investigation, order dispute, or response to a valid legal request, data directly related to the matter may be retained until processing is complete.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security markers. This data maintains sessions, restores user choices, and reduces repeated actions. Disabling necessary storage may prevent login status from being retained or cause some user panel features to function incorrectly.
Identifiers required for analytics are used separately from authentication sessions, with processing limited according to their functions. VPNYQ does not use local storage to retain subscription content or publicly share authentication credentials. Users can clear related data through browser settings; after clearing it, they may need to log in again and reset their preferences.
Payment Processing and Data Retention
VPNYQ supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments may be processed by the relevant third-party payment services. The payment account and verification information they collect is governed by their own terms. VPNYQ receives the transaction result and reference information needed to complete an order, but does not directly control data processing on third-party payment pages.
Account information is generally retained while the account remains active. Order and refund records are kept for as long as needed to complete transactions, reconcile finances, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Ticket content is retained until the issue is resolved and any necessary review is complete. After the relevant purpose ends, data is deleted or converted into aggregated information that cannot be directly linked to an account.
Access, Correction, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Users can view and update editable account information in the user panel. To request deletion of account data, withdraw a request for non-essential processing, or challenge the accuracy of a record, submit an application through a user panel ticket while logged in. To prevent others from acting on a user's behalf, VPNYQ verifies requests using the current login session and account-related information.
After a deletion request is completed, the minimum records needed to handle order disputes, security incidents, or applicable obligations may still be retained. Other associated data is cleared according to this policy. Data that has been de-identified and cannot reasonably be linked to an individual is outside the scope of account deletion.
This policy may be updated when service features, storage methods, or applicable requirements change. Revisions will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated accordingly. Changes that materially affect data processing will also be announced through the website or user panel. Before continuing to use the service, users can review the version of the policy then in effect.
