What Accounts, Plans and Subscriptions Do
Your account is the identity used to access the user panel. VPNYQ does not require an email address; you can create an account with a username and password. The username is used to sign in and the password verifies your identity. Store both in a trusted password manager. Because registration does not rely on an email address, recovering a forgotten username or password by email is not a default option. Record them locally after creating the account, and never keep plain-text credentials in shared documents, group chats or public notes.
Your plan determines the available traffic and validity period. Monthly subscriptions include a fixed traffic allowance that resets monthly on the activation date; traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. A plan is neither a client nor a server address that can connect directly. After an order is completed, the user panel provides a subscription based on your account status, and the subscription delivers available routes to the client. This creates a clear troubleshooting order: confirm that you can sign in, confirm that the plan is active, confirm that the subscription is updated, and only then check a specific route.
Think of a subscription as the delivery point for your route directory. A compatible client imports it and reads route names, protocol parameters and connection details. The subscription URL is account-delivered content and should be kept only on your own devices. Posting it in a forum, online parser or untrusted tool effectively gives others access to your routes. To use a new device, open the download or subscription area from the user panel again instead of copying an old, unknown URL from a chat history.
The Boundary Between Clients and Routes
The client reads the subscription, displays routes, establishes the system network tunnel and handles device traffic according to the selected mode. Routes determine the exit region, cross-border path and network location visible to the destination service. The same subscription can be imported on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, but each platform has different interfaces, permission prompts and background behavior. When a client says “Connected,” it only means that the local tunnel has been established. It does not guarantee that a destination website sees the expected region or that every app uses the current route, so verify the exit location and actual access after connecting.

One Complete Usage Workflow
The process is linear: create an account, choose a monthly subscription or traffic package, place an order through Alipay, WeChat or USDT, retrieve the subscription from the user panel, open the download area for the relevant platform client, import the subscription, choose a route, allow the system to create the network configuration, and finally check the exit region and target service. Ongoing maintenance involves subscription updates, traffic status, route selection and client permissions. Choose a plan for how you use it
First decide whether you need traffic restored monthly or want to keep a traffic balance available until it is used. Choose based on your usage pattern, not just the headline allowance.
Monthly Subscriptions for Regular Use
Monthly subscriptions come in three tiers: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, so the “month” is based on that date rather than automatically following the calendar month. Monthly subscriptions are convenient for regular web browsing, document collaboration, AI Tools, video and multi-device use. Each cycle, check your remaining traffic and plan status in the user panel before deciding whether to change tiers.
When choosing a monthly subscription, list your main uses first. A workflow centered on text and web pages consumes traffic differently from long sessions of high-resolution video. Keeping several devices connected also differs from turning a connection on only when needed. VPNYQ supports unlimited devices, but that does not remove the plan’s traffic limit. All devices share the traffic status tied to the account, so continuous system sync, cloud-drive transfers or media playback on one device affects the total. Include background synchronization when assessing household or personal multi-device use.
If you need more traffic during the current period, you can upgrade your monthly subscription. The stated rule is that the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the current plan, remaining status and target tier in the panel. Do not treat an upgrade as the creation of a separate account. After the upgrade, the client normally continues using the original subscription; if the local content has not changed, update the subscription manually instead of deleting every configuration.
Traffic Packages for Occasional Use
Traffic packages are available at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. They suit irregular usage, periods of concentrated activity or connections that are rarely needed otherwise. Unlike monthly subscriptions, traffic packages do not restore traffic on a monthly activation-date cycle, so choose based on long-term total usage rather than waiting for a reset. “Never expires” describes how unused traffic is retained; it does not remove the need to secure your account, protect the subscription and maintain the client.
Monthly subscriptions and traffic packages should not be compared by headline volume alone. A monthly subscription centers on periodic renewal, while a traffic package keeps the remaining balance available long term. Continuous work, regular streaming or daily AI Tools use is often easier to manage monthly; travel, temporary projects or backup access may be easier to manage by actual consumption. Create an Account You Can Maintain Long Term
Open the registration view through “Start Free” on the page. VPNYQ does not require an email address; a username and password are enough to register. Choose a username that will remain recognizable without revealing your identity on other sites, and do not directly reuse a public social-account name. Keep the password separate from those used elsewhere. Before submitting, check your input method, capitalization and any accidental spaces, especially when copying a password on a mobile device, where the system may insert spaces or replace characters.
Logging out and back in after registration is not required, but confirm that you can reach the account overview. If the page says the username or password does not match, enter it manually instead of repeatedly relying on browser autofill. Autofill may insert credentials from another website or add an invisible character at the end of a password. Once sign-in works, enter the plan area to place your order. This ensures that the account itself is sound even if the payment step requires a return or refresh.
Keep account credentials and the subscription URL conceptually separate. The username and password access the panel; the subscription URL delivers routes to the client. Do not enter your username and password in the client’s subscription URL field, and do not treat the subscription URL as the panel login link. When contacting support, describe the symptom, device platform and location of the action without sending a complete password or subscription.
Pay from the Plan Page
After entering the plan area in the panel, choose the plan type selected in the previous chapter. The confirmation steps vary by payment method, but the final reference point should always be the order status in your account—not only the transfer result shown by the payment tool.
When using Alipay or WeChat, continue from the current order page and do not scan a QR code from an unknown source. When using USDT, verify each detail shown on the order page and complete the payment from your own payment tool. Keep the order page accessible after payment while the status updates. If the browser closes, sign in again and open the order area. Do not create identical orders repeatedly just because the plan does not appear immediately; that makes later reconciliation harder.
Confirm the Plan Is in Your Account
After payment, first check the plan status in the account overview, then open the subscription or download area. If the current plan is visible and you can retrieve the subscription, the delivery process has moved to the next stage. If the order is marked complete but the subscription area is empty, refresh the panel and reopen the relevant section. Do not immediately create a new account: the order is tied to the original account and will not automatically transfer.
For a monthly subscription, remember that traffic resets monthly on the activation date. Future renewals and traffic checks should use that date as the reference point. For a traffic package, the remaining balance lasts until used and never expires. Record the plan type, activation status and login username in a trusted local tool; there is no need to retain temporary payment-page details. Long-term maintenance requires only that you can sign in, see the plan and retrieve the subscription again.

What to Keep When Something Goes Wrong
When investigating an order, keep the username, order-page status, selected plan name, payment method and the location of the action where the problem occurred. Screenshots should hide the complete subscription, password and sensitive payment details. Describe the sequence in order: which page you opened, what you selected, what appeared, and whether it changed after refreshing. A clear process is more useful than “it does not work” and helps separate payment issues from client connection issues.
If you have only forgotten where the subscription was saved, you do not need to pay again. Sign in to the original account and retrieve it from the download or subscription area. Retrieve and manage your subscription
The subscription is the delivery layer between your account and client. Managing it correctly is more reliable than repeatedly copying route parameters and makes route updates easier.
Retrieve the Subscription from the Panel
Sign in to the user panel and open the download area. This area provides the client for each platform and the account subscription; static marketing pages do not host direct installer links or real subscription URLs. Confirm that you are signed in to the account with the completed order, then select the platform you are using. The panel’s import entry may send the subscription directly to the client or require you to copy the URL. Either way, start from the current account page rather than a search result or a shared URL from a third-party tutorial.
When copying a subscription, use only the copy control provided by the panel and paste it directly into the target client. Do not route it through a clipboard-sync website, online QR generator or public note. The subscription contains the information the client needs to retrieve routes and may be usable by others if exposed. For multiple devices, sign in to the panel separately on each trusted device. The real subscription must come from the user panel; its domain, path and token are determined by the panel’s actual delivery. Be cautious of any request to paste a real subscription into an external “conversion” page. Prefer the client and native import entry provided by the panel to reduce intermediate handling.
Importing and Updating Are Different Actions
The first import creates a subscription profile in the client and reads the route list. Later updates retrieve fresh route information in the existing profile. If only route names, groups or availability change, update the subscription first. Repeated imports may create several nearly identical profiles and make it unclear which one is active. If the client shows two similar subscriptions, compare their source and update time, then keep the valid profile from the current panel.
When a subscription update fails, check that the plan is active, the device can access the user panel normally and the subscription URL is complete. If the browser can sign in to the panel but the client cannot update, the issue is more likely to involve client network permissions, leftover system proxy settings or an incorrect subscription entry. If the panel itself cannot show the subscription, return to the account and order layers. Do not reset the account, reinstall the client, delete the subscription and switch routes all at once; changing too many conditions removes your basis for comparison.
Recognize the Key Areas in a Client
Names differ across platforms, but the core areas usually include subscription management, the route list, a connection switch, mode selection and logs. Subscription management adds and updates profiles; the route list selects the exit; the connection switch establishes the system tunnel; mode selection determines which traffic enters it; and logs show resolution, connection and authentication activity. For first use, learn the first few areas and consult logs only when troubleshooting.
A populated route list means the client has read the subscription, but it does not prove that the connection works. Next, choose a route matching the target service’s region and allow the system to create the network configuration. Mobile systems usually show a system-level authorization prompt; desktop systems may request administrator approval or add a network extension. Accept these permissions only after confirming that the client came from the user panel, then check in system settings that the corresponding configuration exists.
Subscription Security and Device Changes
Before selling, servicing or handing a device to someone else, sign out of the panel, delete the subscription profile from the client, and clear the username and password saved in the browser. Turning off the connection does not remove the subscription. If an old device can no longer be accessed while the subscription may still be stored on it, sign in to the panel, check the account status and describe the situation through a support ticket. Do not leave the panel signed in on an unknown device.
Browser clipboard synchronization can also carry a subscription to other devices. After importing, overwrite the clipboard with ordinary text to prevent accidental sharing later. A password manager is suitable for account credentials, but whether to save the subscription URL should depend on its security model; the safest approach remains retrieving it from the panel when needed. A subscription is not a one-time activation code and should not be truncated, manually rewritten or concatenated.
After importing the subscription, keep the default configuration at first and avoid changing complex rules immediately. Complete client setup on five platforms
All five platforms use the same account delivery model, but system permissions, background limits and failure symptoms differ. Complete the basic import first, then apply platform-specific settings.
Windows: Handle System Proxy and Security Prompts First
On Windows, sign in to the user panel to download the corresponding client, install it and import the subscription from subscription management. If Windows shows a network-access or firewall prompt, confirm that the app name matches the client you just installed before allowing the necessary access. After importing, choose a route first and then connect. If the client says it is connected but the browser cannot access the web, check whether another tool is controlling the system proxy and whether the previous client left proxy settings behind after exiting.
A common Windows issue is having several network tools running at once. Browser extensions, old proxy programs and the current client may all modify the network path. For troubleshooting, keep the VPNYQ client, fully exit other similar tools, then disconnect and reconnect. If the issue remains, open the system proxy settings to confirm the current state and restart the browser. Do not enable multiple “automatic configuration” sources at the same time, or the client status may not match the proxy actually used by the system.
macOS: Watch Network Extensions and System Authorization
After installation, macOS may ask you to allow a network extension or VPN configuration. Accept the authorization only after obtaining the client from the user panel. Once the subscription is imported, choose the target region in the route list and connect. A VPN indicator in the system menu does not mean every app uses the same path; some apps may retain an old connection and need to be fully closed and reopened. For the first verification, check the exit location in a newly opened browser window before launching the target app.
If the client cannot start its network extension, open Privacy & Security or Network settings and check for pending approvals. Replacing the client file, reinstalling repeatedly and granting permissions multiple times can leave duplicate configurations. First confirm that you are using the client obtained from the panel, then remove unused old configurations. If access fails after waking from sleep, disconnect and reconnect before considering subscription removal.
iOS: Allow the Configuration and Handle System Control
The iOS client is available through the user panel. After installation, import the subscription; iOS will ask to allow a VPN configuration and confirm it through device verification. Return to the client, choose a route and turn on the connection. A VPN indicator in the status bar or system settings confirms that the system tunnel exists; you must still verify the exit region through a web page and the target service.
On iOS, switching networks, low-power management or leaving the app in the background for a long time may cause the connection to be rebuilt. If access fails after switching from Wi-Fi to a cellular network, turn off the connection, wait for the underlying network to recover and reconnect. Android: Handle Authorization and Background Operation
After installing the Android client, the first connection shows a system VPN permission prompt. Confirm the app source, allow the connection and choose a route in the client. Device manufacturers apply different battery-saving policies to background apps, which can appear as disconnections after screen lock, stopped updates after switching apps or automatic process termination. In system battery settings, allow the client to run in the background as needed, and avoid enabling another app that takes control of the VPN interface.
If no routes appear after import, update the subscription manually. If routes are visible but the connection stops immediately, check whether another VPN app already occupies the interface. Android usually manages one active VPN tunnel at a time; an old app may retain the connection even when it is not in the foreground. Linux: Distinguish the GUI Client from the Network Environment
Linux desktop environments, permission models and distributions vary widely. Start by obtaining the client entry provided by this site from the user panel, then import the subscription through the client interface. GUI clients may create a network interface or modify proxy settings; confirm that the current user has the required permissions. After connecting, test the browser and terminal separately because terminal programs may read independent environment variables while browsers may use desktop proxy settings.
If you previously configured proxy environment variables manually, old values may continue affecting the terminal after the client closes. You can inspect the relevant variables in the current terminal, but never write a real subscription into shell history. The command below only shows how to inspect variable names and contains no credentials:

When you find an old proxy value, clear it according to the source of your shell configuration instead of copying an unfamiliar command over system files. After troubleshooting, open a new terminal and verify that the target command uses the expected network path.

Connect, verify and troubleshoot
“The switch is on,” “the system shows VPN” and “the target service works” are different levels of outcome. Start verification with the underlying network and narrow the scope one layer at a time.
Confirm the Basic Network Before Connecting
After disconnecting the client, confirm that the device itself can access the local network normally. If the underlying network is down, Wi-Fi needs reauthentication or the current network restricts common connection methods, switching routes will not solve the problem. Once the basic network works, connect again and choose a route matching the target region. Keep the first test simple: choose one route and do not change the mode, DNS, rules and system proxy at the same time.
Watch the client’s feedback while connecting. If the switch immediately turns off, check system VPN permissions, the network extension or an interface conflict. If it stays connected but no web pages load, check the system proxy, DNS and route. If ordinary pages work but a specific service fails, check the exit region, the destination account’s region and the app cache. Different symptoms point to different layers and should not all be dismissed as a bad route.
Confirm the Exit Location and Target Region
After the connection is established, open a new browser window and check the current exit information to confirm that the region matches the selected route. Do not rely only on pages that were already open, because the browser may reuse old connections or cached content. After confirming the exit, open the target service. For AI Tools, keep the region consistent with the account’s normal usage environment whenever possible. For Streaming, the route region is only one factor. The app may retain an old region cache, and the account itself may carry regional information. If the content catalog does not change, fully close the app, keep the route connected and reopen it; if needed, clear the app cache or use a new browser session. Do not switch through many routes during one test. Rapidly changing exit locations makes the service harder to assess and leaves you unsure which step produced the result.

Route Types and Usage Scenarios
IEPL dedicated routes, transit routes and direct routes represent different ways of organizing the path. IEPL dedicated routes emphasize cross-border link organization; transit routes use an intermediate entry to improve connectivity in some network environments; direct routes are simpler but are more affected by the user’s local network and international exit. Choose the direction based on your current location and target region first, then judge by actual stability rather than the name. When access slows in the evening, first determine whether the local network is congested overall or the current route has changed in performance. Disconnect and test familiar local websites, then compare another route in the same region. If the underlying network is unstable, switching to a distant region may amplify the issue; if only the current route is affected, another path in the same region is the better test. Keeping the target region unchanged reduces regional changes for the destination service while allowing a useful route comparison.
When to Update the Subscription and When to Change Routes
If the client’s route list has not changed for a long time, the panel says it needs to be retrieved again or an original route name has changed, update the subscription first. If one route temporarily fails while others work, change routes first. If every route disappears, check the subscription; if every route remains but none connects, check the plan status, basic network and system permissions. Separating a list problem from a connection problem prevents unnecessary reinstallation.
After troubleshooting, return to a simple configuration. Keep one valid subscription, one clear connection mode and a small set of commonly used regions instead of accumulating duplicates. If you submit a support ticket, include the platform, network environment, target region, client status, whether the subscription updates and whether other devices work. Logs may include the area around the error, but hide the complete subscription and account credentials.
Routine maintenance and renewal
Stable use depends on a small set of repeatable maintenance actions: protect the account, monitor the plan, update the subscription, remove old configurations and preserve a baseline before making changes.
Create a Consistent Check Order
You do not need to reinstall the client frequently. When access changes, check the basic network first, then the client connection, then update the subscription, and only then try another route in the same region. Reinstall only when the client cannot start, system permissions are damaged or the installation files are faulty. Leaving reinstallation until last preserves logs, subscriptions and configurations for comparison.
Monthly subscription traffic resets monthly on the activation date. Monitor the plan around that date instead of using the calendar month as a guide. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire, so maintenance focuses on remaining traffic and account security. How to Handle Renewals and Upgrades
When renewing, open the user panel from the original account rather than creating a replacement account. Keeping the original account preserves the current subscription and device setup. Payment methods remain Alipay, WeChat and USDT. After payment, confirm the status in the order and overview areas, then update the client subscription. If the client still shows the old status, update it manually instead of deleting every route first.
When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Check the current and target tiers before proceeding, then confirm the new account status afterward. An upgrade changes the account plan and does not require a new account for each device. Traffic packages follow a different management model. ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB all remain available until used and never expire. Since there is no monthly reset, do not wait for a particular date to restore traffic. Checks After Client and System Updates
After an operating-system update, network extensions, VPN permissions, battery policies or firewall rules may require approval again. Test the existing configuration first instead of deleting the subscription in advance. If the connection fails, check whether the system is asking you to allow the network configuration again. On Windows, check the system proxy and firewall; on macOS, the network extension; on iOS, the VPN configuration; on Android, background limits; and on Linux, permissions and environment variables.
Download client updates through the download area in the user panel. Marketing pages and blog posts do not provide static installer links. Before getting a new client, record the current subscription name and frequently used regions. After installation, import the current account subscription instead of restoring data from an unknown old configuration file. If the existing client still works, back up the account and subscription first and schedule the update when convenient rather than changing the environment during an urgent connection.
Remove Duplicate Configurations and Idle Devices
