Guides & Troubleshooting

VPNYQ Support

Troubleshoot step by step, from importing a subscription to choosing a route. Handle account, client, route and order details separately to identify the source of an issue faster.

ACCOUNT

Accounts & Subscriptions

Registration, subscription access, configuration updates and device changes.

What do I need to register for VPNYQ?

No email address is required to register. Set a username and password, then save the password separately and avoid reusing it on other websites. Use the username to sign in to the user panel, where you can choose a plan, check subscription status and access the client download area.

Where can I find my subscription link after purchase?

Sign in to the user panel and open the overview or client download area to find your account’s current subscription details. The subscription link contains the route configuration assigned to your account, so keep it only on trusted devices you use. Do not post it on public websites, in chat groups or in screenshots, as others could import the configuration.

How do I sync the client after updating my subscription link?

Find the VPNYQ configuration in the client’s subscription manager, then select Update Subscription or Refresh Configuration. After the update, select a route again and connect. If the client still shows old routes, delete the outdated local configuration, copy the current subscription from the user panel and import it again. Before deleting anything, make sure you can sign in to the user panel normally.

Do I need to buy another plan when I change devices?

No. VPNYQ supports simultaneous connections on unlimited devices. You can sign in to the user panel from Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux devices to access the client and subscription. When changing devices, simply import the current subscription again; the original plan’s validity and remaining data will not be added to or reset because of the device change.

CONNECTION

Connections & Troubleshooting

Locate connection issues by checking client permissions, system routing and network changes.

Why can’t I connect even though the subscription has been imported?

First confirm that the plan is still active and that the subscription has been refreshed. Then check whether the client has the network permissions required by the system. Next, switch to another route and reconnect. If no route works, restart the client, make sure the device clock is accurate, and temporarily disable other proxy or security tools that may also be taking control of system traffic.

Why won’t a particular app use the proxy?

A common cause is that the client is handling browser traffic only, while the target app is still using a direct connection. A routing rule may also have placed the domain on the direct-connection list. In the client, switch to a mode that handles system traffic, then fully quit and reopen the target app. If the client provides rule logs, check which rule actually matched the target domain.

Where should I start when the connection keeps dropping?

First check whether disconnections occur when switching between Wi-Fi and mobile networks, when the device sleeps or when the client moves to the background. Keep the current network stable, allow the client to run in the background and disable battery-saving settings that restrict its network activity. If the issue continues, switch the protocol or route type and repeat the same access test to distinguish a local network issue from a route issue.

What should I do if the client says it is connected but nothing loads after switching networks?

After a network change, the old connection may retain its previous route or DNS state. Disconnect the current route, wait for the client status to fully reset and then reconnect. If there is still no response, close and reopen the client, or reconnect to the current network in the system network settings. Avoid switching through multiple routes rapidly, since the previous session may not have been released yet.

ROUTING

Speed & Routes

Adjust routes according to the access region, destination service and local network conditions.

How should I adjust routes when performance slows during peak hours?

Stop background downloads, cloud syncing and system updates first so other tasks do not consume local bandwidth. Then choose a geographically closer region, try dedicated or transit routes first and stay on one route for a continuous period of use. Frequent switching repeatedly creates connections, making it harder to tell whether the slowdown comes from the local network, the destination service or the exit route.

How should I choose a region and route for everyday use?

For regular browsing and downloads, start with a nearby region offering a stable connection. For Streaming and AI Tools, choose a region supported by the destination service. When you need to keep a login or continuous session, keep the exit location fixed and avoid switching between regions repeatedly in a short period. VPNYQ covers 110+ countries / 250+ routes, so narrow your choices based on what you are accessing.

How do I fix a region-mismatch message on a streaming service?

Choose a route in the same region as the target content, then fully quit the Streaming app or close the relevant webpage. Clear the region cache saved by the service, reopen it and make sure playback does not switch back to a direct connection. If the message remains, try another route in the same region. Changing routes without restarting the app may leave the old session using its previous region detection.

What should I do if an AI tool opens but login or conversations fail?

First confirm that the selected region matches the target AI tool’s service coverage, and keep the same exit location during login, verification and conversations. Clear the site’s old browser cache and revisit it, while pausing automatic route selection that changes the exit location. If the page opens but submissions fail, try another route in the same region and check whether client rules are sending some interfaces through a direct connection.

BILLING

Billing & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions, permanent data packages, plan upgrades, payments and refund requests.

What monthly subscription tiers are available, and when does data reset?

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date rather than on a shared calendar-month schedule. Choose a tier based on your usual video streaming, downloads and multi-device usage. Unused monthly subscription data should not be confused with data packages that never expire.

What data packages are available, and do they expire?

Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. They suit users with variable usage who prefer to consume data as needed. Data packages and monthly subscriptions that reset on each activation date use different billing models, so check the plan type shown in the user panel before choosing.

How is a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade calculated?

For a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, confirm the current plan, remaining status and target tier in the user panel, then submit the change. Do not place another order instead of using the upgrade function, as this may create multiple orders. If the panel status differs from expectations, keep the order details and explain the issue in a ticket.

What payment methods does VPNYQ support?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. When placing an order, complete payment through the options shown on the user panel’s checkout page, then return to the order page to check the status. If payment is complete but the plan status has not updated, do not submit the same order again. Add the relevant order details to a ticket in the user panel for verification.

How do I request a refund?

VPNYQ offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area, provide the relevant order and refund request, and keep the order status and payment record available for verification. Handle refund requests through an account ticket. Do not share subscription links or account passwords publicly; the refund policy page defines the applicable scope.
